September and October are good months to come to Florence at the Mr My Resort BB, where you can book the Special Package for a fantastic full-day escape in the Chianti area and the South of Tuscany where the world-famous Brunello produces are located. You will enjoy the truly Tuscan with its traditions and its small farmhouses where it is still possible to chat withlocal family producers about wines and organic food.
The package includes:
- 2 nights in a double room, breakfast, taxes, internet
- expense for transportation
- expense for guidance full day (6-10 hours)
- Light lunch with tasting of 3 wines (appetizers, first dish and dessert)
- Afternoon Wine tastings with Tuscan “merenda” in the South of Tuscany (Montalcino, Monte Amiata, Maremma) at the farm of a Brunello producer, including tasting from oak barrels of various years of wines going to become Brunellos. Snack with tuscan salami, cheese, bruschetta etc.
- Lunch or Dinner at a farmhouse, together with the farmers family. It includes a tasting of their products at the place of production (i.e. tasting of wines in the cellar) and afterwards a whole menu, with first and second dish, side dish and dessert with bread, water, wine and coffee.
