Why we decided to open a BB in Florence
If you want to know why we decided to open our house and host travelers we have to tell you something about us.
Giuseppe and I love literature because we teach it or because we study…but despite our job we also like to do completely different things: we are able to spend hours to restore a piece of furniture; we squabble for flowers to be put on the terrace, we stroll around antique markets, we plan décor and we play with colors.
We always thought about our house as a place to stay with others, to receive friends; we love to share with them the love of a particular food or in front of a glass of wine or simply chatting and telling stories.
If you put together all these, it is easy to understand why we decided to open a B&B. That’s why in the year 2000 we opened the Relais Grand Tour B&B, 2 steps from the Academy Gallery with its David.
But after this we decided to open another one, our second B&B, Mr My Resort: we discovered a little treasure just few steps from our home…
